Job Title: Solution Architect/Technical Consultant- Rapid Response Developer

Location- Onsite, Boise (Idaho)

Job description:

Contractor shall participate and perform the following, related to end-to-end business processes using

the Rapid Response platform.

Knowledge of core RR authoring and analytics.

Refine and review technical changes on RR tool.

Write the test cases, unit testing and capturing test results and document them.

Support UAT and Hypercare.

Follow agile practices in your project delivery.

Adhere to best coding practices (authoring notes and comments).

Support hiring, training and mentoring of new team members.

Upskill on latest changes coming up on RR tool in terms of authoring and analytics.

Domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory planning and Capacity Planning with

constraints and yields is good to have for this role.

System integration knowledge to connect with other enterprise or stand-alone systems (interfaces,

connections, imports, exports).

Coordinate with the Operations Support teams as needed, to resolve user issues.

RR tool knowledge on resources like workbooks, Automation Tasks, Forms and Scripts, Dashboards, and

Widgets.

RR analytical knowledge (Netting, CTP, FLP etc.,) and the knowledge of Attribute-Based Planning in RR.

Good programming skills with adequate knowledge on PL/SQL programming and Java.
