About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Psy chiatric - Mental Health Physician to join our team at McLaren Flint. This is a full-time, employed position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Hospital
McLaren Flint is a 378-bed tertiary teaching facility located in Flint, Michigan. We offer a comprehensive range of medical services and have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
We are affiliated with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and participate in various residency programs, including family practice, internal medicine, and general surgery.
Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient and partial hospitalization program care to patients with mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in educational activities and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
• A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a psychiatry residency program or equivalent experience.
• Licensure in the state of Michigan and certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
